Q: How do I confirm if I'm ordering the right size in Apparel?
Refer to our Size Scales (at the bottom of the website) to ensure you order the correct size/fit.
THML - Please look at THML individual description of style (all styles run different in THML). For example: a Medium in one style may not fit the same as another THML style. Apparel Style descriptions have a Size S fit (as an example). An XS is approximately 1” less, M is approx. 1” more, L approx. 2” more and an XL approx. 3” more. Please use the size scale for each individual style in the description - THML styles can have a different fit). For example, a Medium in one style may not fit the same as another THML style.
Q: Are Online Promotions and In Store Promotions the Same?
No, online promotions and pricing may be different than in store promotions and pricing. We sometimes run different promotions online than we do in the store. Both can be great deals!
Q: a) How do I get the updated shipping status for my order? b) What if my shipment is lost, tracking is not updated, the incorrect address was submitted on my order or my order status is delivered but I did not receive?

Q: What if I’m not clear on details about the product?
If you have any questions about the product- please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for clarification on material, color, details etc .. on product. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Shopping with figtreejewelry.com is completely safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.
Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and Google Pay for all orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Of course we do! We ship all our Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories packages domestically, as well as internationally. Please see International Shipping options tab at bottom of website for more information.
Q: Do you offer repairs on jewelry?
Yes, we offer repairs on jewelry (only Fig Tree Jewelry) however, during Oct thru Dec repairs may take longer (we suggest waiting until after Holiday Rush. Because of our work load we send off repairs and charge just a $10-15 fee (depending on the type of repair).
Q: Can I get Insurance Coverage?
If you would like to purchase insurance, It’s $3.00 more. Please make a note and click Insurace coverage option to pay for additional coverage. We aren’t responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages (however this rarely happens).
