Order Update

Important Shipping Update. All shipping companies are overwhelmed with orders and shipments are very backed up for different reasons (as a result of the delays past 2 years). A delivery with First Class USPS typically takes 3-4 days to ship, but may now take 5-8 business days. We haven’t seen anything like this in the past. This is an unprecedented time. 

We are shipping the orders as fast as possible on our end (we are having some vendor delays on our end, too.) This is out of our control and things change daily. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipments if they are delayed either from the supply chain (coming from our vendors) or delays with USPS - when we ship out. We apologize for the inconvenience and are very hopeful things will get better soon.


Please see your email confirmation with your tracking number. You will receive an email when your order is prepared to ship out. 

Please allow 4-7 business for your order to ship out from Fig Tree. However, we will work hard to ship it out sooner. We may have vendor shipment delays (this is out of our control). 

We will work hard on our end to make sure you get your orders as soon as possible. 

Please allow additional time to ship during all Holidays. 

Due to Covid -shipments have been delayed. We can’t ensure any orders will arrive on time based on the overload USPS has been experiencing. In addition, there maybe vendor shipment delays. This includes apparel, handbags, accessories and some jewelry (stones or any jewelry pieces). We will do our best to make sure we do everything  on our end to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. 


You will get an email order confirmation via email with tracking once your order has shipped. 
Some Jewelry orders may take 2-4 weeks (depending on if we have in stock and if we have materials to make). Handbags and Apparel may take 2-4 weeks (if not in stock). Occasionally, we have to wait for the backup orders from vendors shipments (this is out of our control but we will work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible). 

Lost, delayed shipments with USPS or incorrect shipping address on order: We will do everything we can to help locate, but once the shipment is received by USPS it is out of our control (your tracking will say confirmed by USPS). If the incorrect address was on the order (please check your shipping address before you submit your order to avoid confusion) if your order has the incorrect address it takes USPS about 4-6 weeks to return to us (possibly longer during the Holidays). We can then ship to you with the correct address.  We will do everything we can to help you locate your package, however USPS has limited information. You have the option to buy insurance when selecting your shipping method in the drop down box (USPS will then guarantee you are reimbursed for your lost shipment). Lost shipments are extremely rare but we recommend you do this if you are concerned. If your shipment status says delivered please check with your neighbors or if you live in an apartment check with the front office. Once USPS confirms it as delivered you can file a claim, but they ask you do everything you can to find the shipment. They have limited ability to locate if they have delivered it. This is why we highly recommend purchasing insurance.
