Order Update

We ship all orders via USPS, with estimated delivery times ranging from 1 to 6 business days, depending on the service selected.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please click the link in the email for real-time shipping updates.


Shipping Timelines & Delays

We work hard to ship orders out as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days. However, there may be delays due to:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, but can extend to 5–9 business days during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or postal delays.

  • Vendor Delays: Some items like apparel, handbags, accessories, and certain jewelry (including custom or stone-based pieces) may take additional time due to supply chain delays beyond our control.

We kindly ask for extra patience during holiday seasons when both shipping and vendor timelines may be extended.


Estimated Fulfillment Times

  • Jewelry: Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 2–4 weeks, especially if materials need to be sourced.

  • Handbags & Apparel: If not in stock, fulfillment may also take 2–4 weeks as we await vendor restocks.

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will always keep you updated if there are extended delays.


Lost or Delayed Packages & Address Issues

IMPORTANT:
We cannot guarantee the arrival of packages once they have been handed off to USPS. Fig Tree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To protect your order, you may add shipping insurance for $3.00 at checkout (available in the shipping dropdown menu). This option is recommended for high-value or time-sensitive orders.

Once your package has been handed off to USPS, we are limited in our ability to intervene, but we’ll always do our best to help!

  • If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors, mailbox, or apartment front office.

  • You may also contact USPS directly or file a claim once they confirm it was delivered.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with USPS to help locate it.

IMPORTANT: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your address is incorrect, USPS may take up to 4 weeks (or longer during holidays) to return the package to us. If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
