Ordering

Orders - Any orders received 7-8 business days before might not make it in time (due to Covid -shipments have been delayed). We recommend Priority Mail to help speed up the process.

However, we can’t ensure any orders will arrive on time based on the over load USPS has because of Covid. Once the order ships out it is out of our hands.

 In addition, there maybe vendor shipment delays. This includes apparel, handbags, accessories and some jewelry (stones or any jewelry pieces). 

We also will do everything to help ensure your order makes it in time however due to delays this is out of our hands and we can’t be held accountable. Please note some items could be on back order but we will inform you if there is an issue. We will work with you to find a solution. 

 Ordering After you click "Submit Order" in the Checkout section of the an e-mail confirmation will be sent (which includes tracking for your order).

You can also check the status of your order on the Order Status page.

Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories Gift Cards, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay 

Taxes

We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories has a physical presence. We collect tax for deliveries in Texas. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks on back orders. Back orders depend on the vendor and we will work hard to try and speed up the process. This is out  of our control. 

Insurance- if you would like to purchase insurance. It’s $3.00 more (for $100 coverage). Please make a note and click Insurace coverage option to pay for additional coverage. We aren’t responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages (however this rarely happens).
