We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories has a physical presence. We collect tax for deliveries to the following states Texas and Arizona.
Please call us at (281) 235-7449 immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Please allow 2-3 weeks on back orders. Back orders depend on the vendor and we will work hard to try and speed up the process. But sometimes this is out of our control.
We sometimes have jewelry or accessory items for sale that has sold out and is being recreated. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite design and then we'll ship it to you when the items are back in our stocklist. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket and during checkout. Our Customer Service staff will contact you via email if the date changes. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive.
Insurance- if you would like to purchase insurance. It’s $3.00 more (for $100 coverage). Please make a note and click Insurace coverage option to pay for additional coverage. We aren’t responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages (however this rarely happens).
Price Adjustment Policy
Should an item from the website be marked down please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment, we will honor a one time price adjustment. A credit will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new card will be issued for the amount of the credit. Please contact us at; email@example.com to request a price adjustment.
Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions, discounts or any blogger giveaways or social media events. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
