Ordering

Once you click “Submit Order” at checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories Gift Cards.

Taxes

In accordance with state laws, we are required to collect local sales tax in areas where Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories has a physical presence.
Currently, we collect sales tax for all orders delivered within Texas.

Back Orders

Please allow 2–4 weeks for back-ordered items.
Back-order timelines vary by vendor and are unfortunately outside of our control, but we’ll do our best to expedite the process and keep you updated along the way.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment, orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed.
After this window, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.

Discounts & Promo Codes

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of purchase.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

Please make sure to enter any valid codes during checkout. If you experience any issues with a code, contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Insurance & Lost Packages

IMPORTANT:
We cannot guarantee the arrival of packages once they have been handed off to USPS. Fig Tree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To protect your order, you may add shipping insurance for $3.00 at checkout (available in the shipping dropdown menu). This option is recommended for high-value or time-sensitive orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
