Orders - Any orders received 7-8 business days before might not make it in time (due to Covid -shipments have been delayed). We recommend Priority Mail to help speed up the process.
However, we can’t ensure any orders will arrive on time based on the over load USPS has because of Covid. Once the order ships out it is out of our hands.
In addition, there maybe vendor shipment delays. This includes apparel, handbags, accessories and some jewelry (stones or any jewelry pieces).
We also will do everything to help ensure your order makes it in time however due to delays this is out of our hands and we can’t be held accountable. Please note some items could be on back order but we will inform you if there is an issue.
Please contact us before you send back your return for a Merch credit or exchange (so we can confirm before you ship back if it is returnable as all SALE Items are final).

You can return your Fig Tree Accessories Regular Priced purchase for a merchandise credit that can be used online or in our store within 30 days of purchase (Christmas Gifts are extended to 2 months). Exchanges must be in unused condition and in the state you received them. All SALE, Custom, Worn items and Chan Luu are not eligible to be returned. Jewelry orders: stones may vary in shape and color (these are all natural unique stones) the stone may not match the online photo exactly. Stones might be damaged from shipping (however, we work hard to package in order to protect from damage). We are happy to replace or offer merchandise credit for any jewelry piece that was damaged. All Sale Items, Custom orders, Chan Luu, Moda Luxe Handbags, Urban Expressions Handbags, French Connection, Latico Handbags and Daily Deal items are final.
To request a return on your Regular priced item, please contact us here (the contact option) and include your order number and reason for return for a Merch Credit. You can also email us at email@example.com. We will then give you direction on how to return and a Return Authorization number. We recommend USPS First Class with tracking (if under 13oz) and USPS Priority Mail with tracking (if over 13oz), this is the most reliable and priced the best).
Once return is confirmed on our end and received: Please allow 4-8 business days to process return and issue Merch Credit.

If regular price apparel does not fit or you aren't happy with the item you are eligible for a merchandise credit. If you wish to change your online order for another style we will help you on our end and make the switch and get you exactly what you want. Just send us an email with details and your order information to email below. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want. Please allow 2-4 weeks on items that may be on back order (occasionally this happens and it depends on the vendor). If the vendor is held up on an item - this is out of our control. Items occasionally get held up in customs, however we work hard to get them moved thru. USPS and other Shipping Company sometimes have delays and this is out also out of our control. We will do everything we can to help track and locate your order.
Sometimes shipments get lost or delayed based on the shipping company. We will do everything we can to help locate, but unfortunately if it has been shipped and shows delivered to you (and you haven’t received) we ask you ask neighbors and try to locate near your home. You also have the option to purchase insurance on your order for an extra $3.00 (you will find this option under the Shipping drop down box).
You will have 6 months from the date of merch credit to redeem on the Fig Tree Accessories website or in the store. Merchandise Credits will be the current value of item in our system at time of return.
Return restocking fee is $4.95
Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
With Covid 19 - please allow more time for shipments (shipping might take longer bc of Covid19 backup). Also allow us more time to get back to you for merch credits and exchanges. Also, please understand some of our vendors are having issues getting us backup product and this is out of our control (due to lockdowns being implemented this could holdup your order). But we are working hard to ensure we do what ever we can to ship your order as quick as possible (if it’s not out of our control).
