Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Shopping with figtreejewelry.com is completely safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed; you can go to “Order Status” on this website.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within (3) business days pending availability and credit verification. We will contact you if your order will take longer than 3 days to expedite. Please allow 5-7 business days on all Chan Luu orders. All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within (3) business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to the UK, Europe, Puerto Rico, Canada and all out-of-the-US countries.

Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped? With a gift card?

A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories package. Just let us know in the comment section - you would like your order gift wrapped and if you would like a special note to be included.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Absolutely! Expedited shipping options are available and detailed when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1PM EST on a business day will be shipped out according to the rate at which you have chosen to have your purchase expedited. Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories does not offer Saturday delivery at this time. For special requests or questions about rush shipping, please contact us at; info@figtreejewelry.com. Note; custom and special requests can be sent as an expedited shipment provided the customer understands the ship date will be marked when the custom request is completed, not at the time the Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories item was purchased.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Of course we do! We ship all our Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories packages domestically, as well as internationally.
