Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?A: Shopping with figtreejewelry.com is completely safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 1-2 days after your order has been placed; you can feel free to contact us at; info@figtreejewelry.com for updates on your order’s shipping status, or click “Order Status” on this website. 

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 3-5 business days if item is in stock. We will contact you if your item is out of stock. Please allow 1-2 weeks on jewelry (jewelry is handmaid it it depends on if material is available to make). Please allow 3-4 weeks on handbags (the bags are also handmade and may take longer). We will contact you if your order will take longer than 3-5 days to expedite (we will also give you the option to replace with similar item, if you need your order within 3-5 days). Please allow 5-9 business days on all Chan Luu orders and Apparel orders (if not in stock). Please allow additional time for shipments to the UK, Europe, Puerto Rico, Canada and all out-of-the-US countries.

Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped? With a gift card?

A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your special Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories package. All you have to do is let us know in the comment section - you would like your order gift wrapped. Gift card comments can also be entered in your “notes” section at the time of checkout.
