Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?A: Shopping with figtreejewelry.com is completely safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 3-5 business days (during Covid19 event things may take longer and this is out of our control). There also might be issues with USPS during busy times. Feel free to contact us at; figtreejewelrysales@gmail.com for updates on your order’s shipping status, or click “Order Status” on this website. 

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 3-5 business days if item is in stock. We will contact you if your item is out of stock and will take longer. Please allow 2-4 weeks (we occasionally have backup order issues with vendors or jewelry pieces coming in to make the product here, we hand make almost off of the jewelry. Please allow 2- 4 weeks on handbags and apparel (the bags are also handmade, come from vendors and with the apparel the vendor might have an issue delivering on time (this is out of our control) We will contact you if your order will take longer than 1 week to expedite. Please allow additional time for shipments to the UK, Europe, Puerto Rico, Canada and all out-of-the-US countries this depends on the shipping and customs process and is out of our control. However, we are here to help and will do everything we can to make sure we get you your order ASAP 

Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped? With a gift card?

A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your special Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories package. All you have to do is let us know in the comment section - you would like your order gift wrapped. Gift card comments can also be entered in your “notes” section at the time of checkout.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and Google Pay for all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally

A: Of course we do! We ship all our Fig Tree Jewelry & Accessories packages domestically, as well as internationally.

Q: Do you offer repairs on jewelry?

A: Yes, we offer repairs on jewelry (only Fig Tree Jewelry) however, during Oct thru Dec repairs may take longer (we suggest waiting until after Holiday Rush. Because of our work load we send off repairs and charge just a $10-15 fee (depending on the type of repair).
